Пробірка типу Eppendorf Місце поставки Товару: Україна, 61068, Харківська обл., місто Харків, ВУЛИЦЯ АКАДЕМІКА ПАВЛОВА, будинок 46, склад. … Строк поставки Товару: до 31 грудня 2024 р. включно. Поставка Товару здійснюється повністю за адресою Замовника, яка зазначена в Договорі та заявці (замовленні) (далі — заявка / замовлення). Поставка партії Товару повинна здійснюватись Постачальником не пізніше 5 (пятого) робочого дня з дати одержання відповідної заявки Замовника. Розрахунок за поставлену партію Товару здійснюється в розмірі 100 % упродовж 20 (двадцяти) календарних днів з дати поставки Товару на адресу Замовника на підставі наданого оригіналу видаткової накладної та/або акта про прийняття- передання Товару. Ціна цього Договору включає: ціну Товару, всі податки, збори та інші обов’язкові платежі, витрати, пов’язані з передпродажною підготовкою та реалізацією Товару Замовнику, всі витрати Постачальника, враховуючи вартість транспортних послуг на доставку Товару до місця поставки, визначеного цим Договором, здійснення вантажно-розвантажувальних послуг при поставці Товару; занос Товару в приміщення; перевірку комплектності, цілісності та відсутності пошкоджень у присутності представників Замовника.
