Поставка Товару здійснюється частинами, згідно заявок Замовника до 30 вересня 2024 року. Розрахунки за товар здійснюються шляхом перерахування коштів протягом 15 робочих днів з дня поставки (передачі) товару та пред’явлення Постачальником накладної на … оплату товару, яка має бути надана бухгалтерії протягом одного робочого дня після одержання товару. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за поставлений товар здійснюється протягом 10-ти робочих днів з дати отримання Покупцем бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок. У разі зменшення або відсутності бюджетного фінансування Покупець не несе матеріальної відповідальності за несвоєчасне виконання умов Договору
