Постачання товару за договором здійснюється до кінця 2024 року в заклади освіти ,підпорядковані Покупцю, відповідно до наданих заявок 2 рази на тиждень частинами, згідно із затвердженою Дислокацією (Додаток № 2 до Договору) відповідно до заявок Покупця. … Заявка Покупця має містити інформацію щодо кількості, місця та терміну поставки товару. Поставка товара здійснюється в робочі дні з 6-00 до 17-00. Залишковий термін придатності на момент постачання - не менше 50% загального терміну зберігання, який встановлений підприємством-виробником. В заклади освіти забороняється завозити недоброякісний товар або товар з терміном придатності, що є менше 50% загального терміну зберігання, який встановлений підприємством-виробником, або минув. На недоброякісний товар складається акт та повертається постачальнику. Кожна партія товару має супроводжуватися документами, що підтверджують їх відповідність санітарно-гігієнічним вимогам (надати документи, що засвідчують якість та безпеку запропонованої продукції, наявність яких передбачена чинним законодавством (посвідчення про якість або декларація виробника або декларація про відповідність або сертифікат відповідності). Доставка продукції здійснюється автотранспортом згідно з Санітарними правилами та наявністю у водіїв, експедиторів, водіїв-експедиторів особових медичних книжок персоналу відповідно до Наказу МОЗ України від 21.02.2013 № 150. Оплата Товару проводиться Покупцем у національній грошовій одиниці України на поточний рахунок Постачальника на підставі накладних виписаних Постачальником протягом 14 (чотирнадцяти) банківських дня після отримання Товару.
