1. Розрахунки за поставлений товар здійснюються за фактом постачання Замовнику. Замовник здійснює оплату Товару Постачальнику на підставі виставлених видаткових накладних. Розрахунки проводяться шляхом перерахування Замовником коштів на реєстраційний … рахунок Постачальника. Замовник здійснює розрахунки за фактом отримання товару з відстрочкою платежу до 30 календарних днів за умови наявності (надходження) коштів на розрахунковий рахунок. 2. Поставка товару здійснюється дрібними партіями з понеділка по п’ятницю з 9:00 до 17:00 у період дії договору згідно заявок Замовника. Строк виконання однієї заявки 1 календарний день. Заявки можуть надаватись щоденно. Поставка, що здійснюється після 17:00 – вважається недобросовісним виконанням заявок Замовника та Договору. 3. Постачальник здійснює поставку товару за кінцевим місцем призначення Замовника: Київська обл., Бучанський р-н., м. Буча, вул. Яблунська, 1л. Доставка, завантаження та розвантаження товару здійснюється автотранспортом Постачальника за власні кошти та власними силами
