Асфальт (ДК 021:2015 «Єдиний закупівельний словник» – 44110000-4 – Конструкційні матеріали)

Умови доставки: Поставка кожної окремої партії Товару здійснюється Постачальником шляхом доставки за свій рахунок Товару до об’єкту Замовника у Дарницькому районі м. Києва (орієнтовна дата та час доставки, конкретна адреса місця поставки кожної окремої … партії зазначається в заявці Покупця). Вивантаження Товару здійснює Покупець своїми засобами та за свій рахунок, після чого підписує видаткову накладну Постачальника. Строк поставки кожної окремої партії Товару, встановлений в заявці Покупця, не може бути меншим ніж 1 (один) календарний день та не може перевищувати 3 (трьох) календарних днів від дня, наступного за днем отримання Постачальником відповідної заявки Покупця, в тому числі у вихідні та святкові дні. Умови оплати: Поставлений Товар оплачується Покупцем протягом 60 (шістдесяти) днів з дати поставки Товару, яка визначається датою підписання Покупцем видаткової накладної на Товар при умові отримання від Постачальника документів, які засвідчують якість Товару Забезпечення виконання договору: Виконання Договору забезпечується заставою грошових коштів. Забезпечувальний грошовий платіж у розмірі 2 (два) % від загальної суми закупівлі Товару по Договору вноситься Постачальником на поточний рахунок Замовника у строк, що не перевищує п’ять календарних днів з дня визначення електронною системою закупівель Постачальника переможцем відбору.
