Розрахунок за товар здійснюється відповідно до частини 1 статті 49 Бюджетного … кодексу України на підставі підписаної Сторонами видаткової накладної протягом 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів, за умови отримання Покупцем відповідного бюджетного фінансування. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування, розрахунки за товар здійснюється протягом 10 (десяти) календарних днів з дати отримання Покупцем відповідного бюджетного призначення на фінансування оплати товару на свій реєстраційний рахунок.
