Покупець здійснює оплату за Товар в безготівковому порядку за фактом його постачання. Датою здійснення будь-яких платежів Покупцем за цим Договором є дата списання відповідних коштів з розрахункового рахунку Покупця. Розрахунки за Товар здійснюється … впродовж 15 (п’ятнадцяти) банківських днів днів з дати поставки (передачі) Товару та підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін видаткової накладної. У разі, якщо поставка здійснена лише частково (видаткова накладна підписана лише на частину Товару, зазначеного Специфікації, оплата здійснюється пропорційно за фактично поставлену кількість Товару. Оплата здійснюється відповідно до ст. 49 Бюджетного кодексу України. Поставка товару здійснюється партіями згідно заявок Покупця. Обсяг мінімальної поставки обмежується виключно потребою Покупця. Поставка товару Постачальником здійснюється на наступний робочий день після отримання заявки. Заявка вважається автоматично отриманою Постачальником після її відправлення Покупцем на електронну адресу_______________або в усній формі за номером телефону_____________

Визначення очікуваної вартості предмета закупівлі обумовлено статистичним аналізом загальнодоступної інформації про ціну предмета закупівлі на підставі затвердженої центральним органом виконавчої влади, що забезпечує формування та реалізує державну політику у сфері публічних закупівель, примірної методики визначення очікуваної вартості предмета закупівлі, а саме: наказу Міністерства розвитку економіки, торгівлі та сільського господарства України від 18.02.2020 № 275 із змінами.
