Термін придатності товару на … момент поставки повинен бути не менше 80% від терміну визначеного виробником. Якість товару повинна відповідати встановленим нормативними актами України вимогам щодо якості такого роду/виду товарів. Товар постачається в упаковці (тарі), що забезпечує його захист від пошкодження або псування під час транспортування, вантажно-розвантажувальних робіт та зберігання. Товар має доставлятися замовнику за адресою: 38600, с-ще Котельва, вул. Полтавський шлях, 283, Полтавська область. Поставка товару, завантажувально-розвантажувальні роботи в приміщення (місце зберігання товару) замовника здійснюються виключно за рахунок учасника-переможця (в подальшому Постачальника).
