Паливно-мастильні матеріали (бензин А-95 в талонах)

Постачання товару здійснюється окремими партіями, виходячи з поточної потреби Покупця, визначеної у відповідній заявці. При цьому поточну потребу в товарі замовник визначає самостійно. АЗС мають бути розгалуженими по місту, та мають бути в радіусі 5 км. … від замовника. Технічні, якісні характеристики предмету закупівлі повинні відповідати вимогам законодавства України, а саме якість бензину, повинна відповідати вимогам нормативно-технічної документації: Технічному регламенту, ДСТУ, що діють в Україні, зокрема: бензин - ДСТУ 7687:2015 «Бензини автомобільні Євро. Технічні умови». Сертифікати відповідності, сертифікати/паспорти якості і декларації про відповідність мають поширюватись на паливно мастильні матеріали, які є предметом закупівлі, всіх виробників нафтопродуктів, що реалізується (відпускається) через мережу АЗС, зазначену у пропозиції учасника.
