ОБҐРУНТУВАННЯ ТЕХНІЧНИХ ХАРАКТЕРИСТИК: Предмет закупівлі: 14410000-8 Кам’яна сіль (Сіль технічна) Найменування товару: Сіль технічна/Сіль дорожня Призначення: Сіль технічна/Сіль дорожня з антизлежувальною добавкою для посипання доріг у зимовий період … Технічні вимоги до товару: Сіль технічна/Сіль дорожня для посипання доріг у зимовий період, помел 3 (допустима поставка солі технічної меленої з крупкою до 4,0 мм (понад 4,0 мм – не більше 15%)), ґатунок перший або вищий (допустима поставка солі вищого ґатунку в межах очікуваної вартості закупівлі), з антизлежувальною добавкою (до 150 г/т), з масовою часткою натрію хлориду не менше 97%, повністю готова до використання. Поставка товару здійснюється без фасування (насипом). Товар не повинен вміщувати сторонніх забруднюючих домішок у вигляді рослинного ґрунту, деревини, каміння, шматків металу тощо, видимих неозброєним оком. ПРОПОЗИЦІЇ ПОСТАВКИ МОРСЬКОЇ СОЛІ НЕ РОЗГЛЯДАЮТЬСЯ!!! Одиниці виміру: кілограм та/або тонна Місце доставки: вул. Сабарівське шосе, буд.7 та вул. Коновальця Євгена, буд.6 м. Вінниця Строк поставки товару: з дати підписання Сторонами договору до 15.09.2024 року. Умови поставки: Поставка товару здійснюєтся партіями відповідно до можливостей Постачальника за умови погодження із Замовником. Постачальник за власний рахунок здійснює навантаження, доставку до місця поставки, вивантаження цих партій Товару Замовнику. Поставка товару здійснюється без пакування (насипом). Прийом товару здійснюється за наявності первинної (видаткова накладна та/або товарно-транспортна накладна) та технічної документації щодо якості товару. Датою поставки вважається дата передачі Товару згідно видаткової накладної. Право власності на Товар переходить Замовнику в момент його отримання останнім. У випадку виявлення невідповідності щодо кількості та якості товару, що не відповідає умовам договору, Замовник має право відмовитись від приймання товару. Вартість товару повинна враховувати витрати на доставку (разом із навантаженням, розвантаженням, перевезенням та іншими супутніми послугами) до місця складування Замовника: м. Вінниця, вул. Сабарівське шосе, буд.7 та вул. Коновальця Євгена, буд.6) та інші витрати (страхування, зберігання, сплата митних тарифів, тощо), в тому числі, сплату податків і зборів, що сплачуються або мають бути сплачені Постачальником. Не врахована Постачальником вартість окремих супутніх послуг, необхідних для здійснення постачання Товару, не сплачується Замовником окремо, а витрати на їх виконання повинні враховуватися у загальній ціні Товару. Умови поставки: Умови оплати: Оплата товару здійснюється протягом 60 днів з дати поставки товару. У разі затримки відповідного бюджетного фінансування, розрахунок за поставлений товар здійснюється протягом 7 (сім) банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником на свій реєстраційний рахунок бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі. Будь-які штрафні санкції до Замовника в такому разі не застосовуються. Обсяги закупівлі Товару можуть бути зменшено залежно від реального фінансування видатків Замовника із внесенням відповідних змін до договору.

Description:

Визначення очікуваного об’єму предмета закупівлі здійснено на підставі аналізу фактичного використання товару для забезпечення діяльності замовника у минулих періодах та з урахуванням запланованих поточних завдань Замовника. Замовником здійснено розрахунок очікуваної вартості товарів методом порівняння ринкових цін відповідно до примірної методики визначення очікуваної вартості предмета закупівлі, яка затверджена наказом Міністерства розвитку економіки, торгівлі та сільського господарства України 18.02.2020 № 275, який проводився згідно з аналізом цін постачальників на дату формування очікуваної вартості предмета закупівлі та на підставі використання загальнодоступної інформації щодо цін, що міститься у відкритих джерелах. До загальної очікуваної ціни за одиницю солі технічної включена вартість солі технічної на ринку, витрати з урахуванням витрат на доставку (разом із навантаженням, розвантаженням, перевезенням та іншими супутніми послугами) до місця складування Замовника та всі визначені законодавством податки, збори та обов’язкові платежі.
