З урахуванням відряджень працівників підприємства, Учасник повинен мати розвинену мережу власних, орендованих та/або партнерських стаціонарних автозаправних станцій (далі – АЗС) по всій території України (окрім тимчасово окупованих територій), обов’язково … у місті Вознесенськ на відстані до 5 (п'яти) кілометрів та Миколаївській області, на яких Учасник гарантує можливість щоденної заправки транспортних засобів Замовника, (АЗС повинні бути призначені для заправки транспортних засобів паливом, відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України «Про затвердження Правил роздрібної торгівлі нафтопродуктами» від 20.12.1997 № 1442). Зазначена вимога обґрунтована необхідністю забезпечення максимальної економії бюджетних коштів. Строк поставки до 31.05.2024 року.
