Бахіли медичні 8000 пар. Постачання замовленої продукції (препаратів) здійснюється протягом 3-х робочих днів від часу надходження заявки постачальнику засобами міського телефонного (факсимільного) зв’язку Замовника за рахунок Постачальника. Строк … (термін) поставки товару: до 31.12.2024 року. Поставка товару оформляється накладною відповідно до специфікації товару, із зазначенням конкретної назви предмета закупівлі, одиниці виміру, кількості. Учасник визначає ціни на товари, які він пропонує поставити за Договором, з урахуванням усіх своїх витрат на доставку, страхування товару, податків і зборів, що сплачуються або мають бути сплачені, усіх інших витрат. Сторони домовились та встановили відповідно до ч. 3 ст. 631 Цивільного кодексу України, що умови цього Договору застосовуються до відносин, що виникли між Сторонами до його укладання. Постачальник повинен забезпечувати належні умови зберігання та транспортування препаратів, що потребують особливих температурних умов "холодовий ланцюг". Місце поставки товару – за адресою замовника: 30501, Хмельницька обл., Шепетівський р-н, місто Полонне, ВУЛИЦЯ ЛЕСІ УКРАЇНКИ, будинок 177. Поставка товару оформляється накладною відповідно до специфікації товару, із зазначенням конкретної назви предмета закупівлі, одиниці виміру, кількості.
