Закупівля здійснюється відповідно до запиту військової частини з наступною передачею їм товару, як кінцевому споживачу. Поставка буде здійснюватись однією партією, відповідно до умов договору. Розрахунки між Сторонами здійснюються в Українській … національній валюті — гривні. Оплата здійснюється шляхом безготівкового переказу на поточний рахунок Постачальника, зазначений у реквізитах в Договорі, протягом 30 календарних днів з дати поставки (передачі) Товару та підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін видаткової накладної.
