Берегово (в радіусі 5 км від місцезнаходження Замовника), а саме: учасник має забезпечити можливість цілодобової заправки автотранспорту Замовника безпосередньо на АЗС учасника. Умови оплати: 100% післяоплата. … Розрахунки здійснюються в національній валюті - гривні, у безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування грошових коштів Покупця (ТОВ «ВОДОКАНАЛ КАРПАТВІЗ») на банківський рахунок Постачальника на протязі 7 (семи) робочих днів з моменту отримання Товару згідно видаткової накладної. Відпуск пального має здійснюватися відповідно до талонів номіналом по 10 літрів. Строк поставки товару: Поставка товару протягом 7 (семи) робочих днів з дня підписання договору. Термін дії талонів не менше 1 року з моменту їх поставки Замовнику. Учасник гарантує, що за Договором Поставки він не буде пропонувати Замовнику до постачання товар, що походить з російської федерації, республіки білорусь/Ісламської Республіки Іран та/або ввезений на митну територію з російської федерації, республіки білорусь/Ісламської Республіки Іран.
