Строк (термін) поставки (передачі) Замовнику першої партії товару: Підгузки для дорослих: Універсальні, Розмір M, від 6 крапель у кількості 1200 шт – з дати укладення договору до 30 травня 2024 року включно. Підгузки для дорослих: Універсальні, Розмір … L, від 6 крапель у кількості 1200 шт – з дати укладення договору до 30 травня 2024 року включно. Наступні поставки Товару здійснюються Постачальником поетапно, дрібними партіями, відповідно до потреб Замовника, без обмежень мінімального обсягу кількості Товару в межах однієї поставки (одного замовлення) Товару, в обсягах та у строк визначений замовленням (заявкою) Замовника, протягом 3 (трьох) робочих днів з моменту отримання замовлення (заявки). Замовлення (заявка) на отримання партії Товару здійснюється Замовником за телефоном (в тому числі може здійснюватися шляхом використання мессенджерів Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram) та додатково може дублюватися на електронну адресу Постачальника, що зазначені у розділі 14 цього договору. Строк (термін) поставки (передачі) всього обсягу товару – з дати укладення договору до 30 червня 2024 року включно. Поставка товару повинна здійснюватися Постачальником у робочі дні (з 08-00 до 12-00 год.). Допускається відхилення кількості товару на кратність штук у одиниці пакування. Сторони можуть погодити інший Графік поставки товару за взаємною згодою Сторін.
