Умовами договору передбачено: - наявна щонайменше 1 (одна) АЗС, яка знаходиться в м. Ржищів Київської області або на відстані не більше 7 (семи) км від адреси замовника - оплата за поставлений Товар за Договором здійснюється замовником протягом 10 … (десяти) робочих днів з дати поставки. Замовник не здійснює попередню оплату Товару. - Строк дії договору: до 31 грудня 2024 р. Наявність АЗС, яка знаходиться в м. Ржищів Київської області або на відстані не більше 7 (семи) км від адреси замовника забезпечить мінімальні витрати замовника на переїзд транспортних засобів від адреси замовника до АЗС.
