Додаткові вимоги: 1. Талони, які Учасник надає в складі тендерної пропозиції, повинні бути єдиного зразка, номіналом 10, 20 та забезпечити право на відпуск палива на всіх АЗС, запропонованих учасником. 2. Термін дії талонів – не менше 6-ти місяців від … дати придбання. 3. Поставка талонів має здійснитися після підписання Договору протягом 5-ти робочих днів. 4. Учасник, відповідно до письмової заявки Замовника, у разі необхідності (обмін бланків старого зразку на бланки нового зразку, закінчення терміну дії, тощо) забезпечує протягом п’яти робочих днів безкоштовний обмін бланків талонів рівнозначного номіналу без врахування коливання ціни, як протягом дії Договору так і впродовж не менше 1-го місяця з дати закінчення договору . 5. Учасник повинен мати розгалужену мережу АЗС в м. Києві (не менше 20-ти АЗС/АЗК, та наявність не менше 5-ти АЗС/АЗК на відстані не більше 5 км від місцезнаходження Замовника). Список АЗС/АЗК, на яких можна отоварити талони Учасника повинен включати інформацію щодо: району, адреси, бренду. Якщо постачальник якого визначено переможцем протягом двох днів не зв’язався із Замовником та письмово не підтвердив можливість поставки товару, а також наявність розгалуженої мережі АЗС, яка належить учаснику в м. Києві (не менше 20-ти АЗС/АЗК, та наявність не менше 5-ти АЗС/АЗК на відстані не більше 5 км від місцезнаходження Замовника) на умовах передбачених у пункті 6.3. Договору, вважається, що переможець письмово відмовився від укладання договору та пропозиція підлягає відхиленню відповідно до пп. 2) п. 64 Постанови Кабінету міністрів України 14 вересня 2020 року № 822 «Про затвердження Порядку формування та використання електронного каталогу».
