Товар має відповідати специфікації, визначеній у Додатку №1 до Проекту Договору, а саме: Папір туалетний "Обухів" 65 м. Поставка Товару здійснюється до 20.12.2024 р, згідно заявок Покупця, протягом 2 (двох) робочих днів. Доставка за адресою … місцезнаходження Покупця - м. Київ, провулок Куренівський, 15-А за рахунок Постачальника. Розрахунки Покупця з Постачальником здійснюються виключно у національній валюті України на підставі видаткової накладної, підписаної обома Сторонами шляхом перерахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника з відстроченням платежу до 30-ти (тридцяти) робочих днів з дня отримання Товару від Постачальника.
