Учасник повинен мати розвинену мережу власних, орендованих та/або партнерських стаціонарних автозаправних станцій (далі – АЗС) яка налічує не менше ніж 2 АЗС у радіусі 15 км від ДП МА «Бориспіль», 10 АЗС у м. Київ на … яких буде здійснюватися заправка за Смарт-картками, на яких Учасник гарантує заправку транспортних засобів Замовника. 2. Відпуск палива має бути безперебійним, включаючи суботу, неділю, святкові та неробочі дні за потребою Замовника. Видача палива здійснюється в баки транспортних засобів, а також в інші ємності (незалежно від їх об’єму). 3. Оплата за поставлений товар здійснюється Замовником шляхом перерахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника, згідно рахунку-фактури протягом 3 (трьох) банківських днів з дня підписання договору. 4. Учасник зобов'язується безоплатно зберігати паливо у роздрібній мережі АЗС Учасника до моменту вибірки усього Товару Замовником шляхом заправки його транспортних засобів. Учасник приймає безкоштовно на відповідальне зберігання пальне. 5. Паливо повинно відповідати діючим державним стандартам, технічним умовам та діючому законодавству щодо показників якості такого виду товару. 6. Постачальник повинен бути емітентом Смарт-карток 7. Постачальник повинен безоплатно надати Покупцеві 2 (дві) смарт-картки в користування для подальшого отримання палива за ними.
