Поставка Товару здійснюється Постачальником до 31.12.24 року на умовах DDP – 36011, м. Полтава, вул. Миколи Дмитрієва, 7а, згідно правил ІНКОТЕРМС-2010». Поставка товару повинна здійснюватися протягом 3-х робочих днів з моменту отримання заявки переданої … засобами електронного зв’язку, або в паперовому варіанті та відбуватися виключно на протязі робочого часу установи. Поставка здійснюється партіями. Розвантаження товару здійснюється до приміщення для зберігання лікарських засобів представниками Постачальника. Розрахунки по даному Договору проводяться шляхом безготівкового перерахування грошових коштів на банківський рахунок Постачальника протягом 15-ти банківських днів з моменту поставки Товару. Відповідно до розпорядження Державної служби України з лікарських засобів та контролю за наркотиками від 13.05.2024 № 4746-001.3/002.0/17-24 заборонена реалізація, зберігання та застосування всіх серій лікарського засобу АТРАКУРІУМ-НОВО, розчин для ін’єкцій, 10 мг/мл; по 5 мл у флаконі; по 5 флаконів у контурній чарунковій упаковці; по 1 контурній чарунковій упаковці у пачці з картону, виробництва ТОВ “Новофарм-Біосинтез”, Україна (реєстраційне посвідчення № UA/13801/01/01). Даний лікарський засіб не пропонувати відповідно до вищезазначеного.
