Дизельне паливо (Євро 5), талон

Розрахунки за Товар (партію Товару) Замовник здійснює протягом 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з дати підписання Сторонами відповідної видаткової накладної на Товар та набуття права на отримання Товару. При цьому право на отримання Товару Замовник набуває … з моменту передачі Постачальником Замовнику талонів на пальне. Активація талонів на пальне здійснюється Постачальником в день підписання Сторонами відповідної видаткової накладної на Товар. При цьому, моментом виконання зобов’язань Замовника по оплаті Товару вважається момент надходження грошових коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника. Відповідно до Постанови КМУ «Про затвердження особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі», на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування» від 12.10.2022р. №1178 (зі змінами) та у відповідності до Постанови КМУ " Про затвердження Порядку формування та використання електронного каталогу" від 14 вересня 2020 р. № 822 (зі змінами).
