Термін дії талонів повинен бути не меншим, як 6(шість) місяців з моменту їх отримання Замовником, у разі не використання талонів Замовником, Постачальник зобов’язаний продовжити термін їх дії. Оплата здійснюється Покупцем за фактично отриманий належної … якості Товар шляхом безготівкового переказу коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника, вказаний у даному Договорі, протягом 10 (десяти) календарних днів після підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін видаткової накладної (талони мають бути активними з дати видачі видаткової накладної, для оплати Покупцеві). У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за товари здійснюється протягом 3-х банківських днів з дати отримання Покупцем коштів бюджетного призначення на фінансування товару на поточний рахунок Покупця.
