Розрахунки між Постачальником та Замовником здійснюються відповідно до видаткової накладної та рахунку-фактури наданого Постачальником, шляхом оплати вартості Товару згідно Специфікації протягом 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів після його отримання. У разі … затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунки здійснюються після отримання Замовником бюджетних коштів, при цьому штрафні санкції до Замовника при затримці оплати не застосовуються. Строк передачі товару: з дати укладення Договору до 25.12.2024 року. Строк передачі талонів – протягом двох робочих днів з дати отримання заявки від Замовника. Термін дії талонів 12 календарних місяців з моменту підписання видаткової накладної. Замовник зобов’язується вибрати пальне протягом терміну дії талонів. У разі закінчення терміну дії талону Замовник позбавляється права на отримання пального за таким талоном, а всі обов’язки Постачальника за таким талоном вважаються виконаними і Сторони не мають претензій одна до одної. Місце поставки товарів: талони постачаються за наступною адресою: Україна, 18036, Черкаська обл., місто Черкаси, ВУЛИЦЯ СМІЛЯНСЬКА, будинок 168.
