Спирт етиловий 70% 100 мл.; Спирт етиловий 96% 100 мл. 2- найменування ; Замовник зобов’язаний оплатити Товар Постачальнику протягом 20 /двадцяти / календарних днів з дати фактичного отримання Товару (дати підписання видаткової накладної). Виконання … платіжних зобов’язань за даним Договором проводиться за наявності відповідних фінансових ресурсів. У разі затримки фінансування за КПКВ 6561060/0 КЕКВ 2220 оплата буде здійснюватися протягом 5 (п’яти ) банківських днів після поступлення коштів на рахунок Замовника . Строк (термін) поставки Товару не пізніше 5 (п’яти) робочих днів з моменту отримання замовлення Товару. Місце поставки Товару –Україна, 61068, Харківська обл., місто Харків, ВУЛИЦЯ АКАДЕМІКА ПАВЛОВА, будинок 46., склад. Поставка Товару здійснюється окремими партіями (частинами) або в цілому згідно з заявкою / замовленням Замовника. Обсяг кожної партії визначається Замовником залежно від фактичної потреби. Упаковка не повинна бути деформована або пошкоджена. Постачальник здійснює доставку Товару Замовнику власним транспортом. Договір про закупівлю набирає чинності з моменту підписання та діє до 31 грудня 2024 року або до повного виконання сторонами їх договірних зобов’язань.
