Пробірка вакуумна стерильна 2 мл, бузкова, 13х75 мм, з ЕДТА К3 ДК 021:2015: 33192500-7 – Пробірки; НК 024:2023: 47588 - Пробірка вакуумна для відбирання зразків крові IVD (діагностика in vitro) з K3ЕДТА ДК 021:2015: 33190000-8 – Медичне обладнання та … вироби медичного призначення різні Ціна за одиницю Товару вказується з урахуванням усіх податків і зборів, що сплачені або мають бути сплачені, витрат на транспортування, навантаження, розвантаження, усіх інших витрат, з урахуванням норм чинного законодавства України з питань формування ціни на вироби медичного призначення. Спосіб поставки товару: Товар постачається силами, транспортом, що забезпечує якість і зберігання Товару при транспортуванні з його розвантаженням за місцем поставки Товару, та за рахунок Постачальника. Передбачається можливість поставки Товару партіями або поштучно, відповідно до потреб Замовника. Товар повинен бути належним чином задекларований (зареєстрований) в Україні у передбаченому законодавством порядку та мати документи, які підтверджують якість та реєстрацію Товару відповідно до вимог чинного законодавства. Товар, що постачається, повинен мати необхідні копії декларацій про відповідність, копії сертифікатів якості виробника на Товар або інші подібні документи, що підтверджують відповідність Товару вимогам, встановленим до нього чинним законодавством України. Умови оплати: Оплата за поставлений Товар здійснюється Замовником у безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника протягом 20 (двадцяти) календарних днів з дати поставки Товару на підставі видаткової накладної. Кінцевий строк подання ціни пропозицій: 16.05.2024р. о 8:00
