1. Оплата Товару здійснюється Замовником в національній валюті України в безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування коштів на рахунок Учасника після отримання талонів, рахунку та накладних на Товар в продовж 20-ти банківських днів. 2. Місце поставки … (передачі) товарів - місто Запоріжжя, АЗС Учасника. Передача Замовнику товару за даним Договором здійснюється Учасником на АЗС шляхом заправки автомобілів Замовника при пред’явленні довіреними особами Замовника талонів на пальне. Учасник має забезпечити щоденний та цілодобовий відпуск пального на АЗС - термінова, цілодобова поставка, включаючи вихідні та святкові дні, на АЗС (за талонами), що розташована (розташовані) в адміністративних межах м.Запоріжжя, Запорізької області та на всій території України. Талони повинні бути чинні (дійсні) на всій території України. Талони повинні бути єдиного зразка. Строк талонів повинен бути не менше 1 (одного) року з дати видаткової накладної або безстрокові. 3. Учасник гарантує, що за Договором він не буде пропонувати Замовнику до постачання товар, що походить з російської федерації і республіки білорусь та/або ввезений на митну територію з російської федерації і республіки білорусь, ісламської республіки іран.
