При постачанні Учасник повинен надати сертифікат якості на партію товару який постачається, висновок … санітарно-епідеміологічної експертизи та інструкцією щодо застосування українською мовою. 2. Залишковий строк придатності товару на момент поставки Замовнику повинен становити не менше 80% від загального строку придатності, зазначеного виробником. 3. При постачанні товару (виконанні умов договору) не допускається заміна на еквівалент. 4. Товар повинен бути поставлений Замовнику до 30 червня 2024 року. 5. Доставка товару на адресу Замовника проводиться за рахунок Учасника. 6. Товар повинен передаватися Замовнику в упаковці підприємства виробника, яка не повинна бути деформованою або пошкодженою або мати сліди використання. 7. Умови оплати – відповідно до умов договору. 8.
