Примітка: Закупівля проводиться відповідно до Особливостей визначених Постановою КМУ №1178 від 12.10.2022р.зі змінами (Електронний каталог) 1.Учасник повинен надати на товар декларацію про відповідність Технічному регламенту щодо медичних виробів, який … затверджений Постановою Кабінету Міністрів України № 753 від 2 жовтня 2013 р. 2.Строк придатності товару на момент поставки на склад замовника повинен становити не менше 50% від передбаченого. 3.Товар поставляється з декларацією відповідності, завіреною печаткою постачальника. 4.Товар повинен передаватися Замовнику в упаковці підприємства виробника, яка не повинна бути деформованою або пошкодженою. Маркування повинно відповідати технічному регламенту. 5.Умови оплати – відповідно до умов договору.
