Мета проведення закупівлі: з метою забезпечення потреби у бактерицидних лампах Національного військово-медичному клінічному центрі “Головний військовий клінічний госпіталь”. Обґрунтування обсягів закупівлі. Обсяг закупівлі визначено відповідно до рапорту начальника відділу експлуатації та ремонту (медичної техніки та майна) ФЦ НВМКЦ «ГВКГ». Обґрунтування очікуваної ціни закупівлі/бюджетного призначення. Відповідно до наказу Міністерства розвитку економіки, торгівлі та сільського господарства України від 18.02.2020 № 275, очікувана вартість визначено розрахована на підставі інформації, яка міститься в електронній системі закупівель «Bi.Prozorro» (за методом порівняння ринкових цін), інтернет магазин за середньо зваженою ціною.
