Місце поставки Товару – за місцем знаходження Покупця – місто Суми, вул. Роменська буд. 110. Розрахунок за цим Договором проводиться шляхом оплати товару Покупцем за фактом поставки товару протягом 10 банківських днів з дати отримання товару на склад Покупця на підставі рахунків-фактур, належних чином оформлених накладних. Доставка Товару до Покупця, навантажувально-розвантажувальні роботи та інші витрати пов’язані з поставкою Товару, здійснюються Продавцем в межах загальної ціни Договору.
