Умови поставки та оплати товару 1. Поставка Товару здійснюється шляхом заправки автотранспортих засобів Замовника (Покупця) на стаціонарних автозаправних станціях (далі – АЗС) Постачальника по талонам Постачальника номіналом від 10 до 20 літрів. Заправка … автотранспортних засобів Замовника (Покупця) повинна здійснюватися на не менш 5 (п’яти) АЗС Постачальника в м. Харків. При цьому не менш ніж 1 (одна) АЗС, повинна знаходитися на відстані не більше 7 (семи) кілометрів від місцезнаходження Замовника (адреса: м. Харків, вул. Тахіатаська, 3). 2. Постачальник за власний рахунок повинен здійснювати поставку талонів Замовнику, за його адресою: 61033, Україна, Харківська область, м. Харків, вул. Тахіатаська, 3. Поставка талонів на Товар здійснюється протягом 1 (одного) робочого дня з дати отримання Постачальником заявки (усної, письмової або в електронному вигляді) на поставку Товару. Постачальник повинен мати можливість забезпечити видачу талонів на всю замовлену кількість придбаного Замовником (Покупцем) палива. 3. Термін дії талонів на видачу палива має становити не менше ніж 2 (двох) календарних місяців з дати поставки талонів Замовнику (Покупцю). 4. Строк поставки Товару: до 31.05.2024. 5. Розрахунок Покупцем за Товар здійснюється у національній валюті України – гривні, шляхом перерахування безготівкових грошових коштів Покупця на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника відповідно виставленого Постачальником рахунку-фактури та видаткової накладної у термін, що не перевищує 60 (шістдесят) календарних днів від дня отримання Товару Покупцем і переходу до нього права власності на Товар.
