Постачальник зобов'язаний за заявкою Замовника поставити за свій рахунок Товар у розпорядження Замовника разом з усіма документами, необхідними для того, щоб прийняти Товар на умовах цього договору, протягом 5 (п’яти) днів з моменту подання заявки … Замовника. Заявка Замовника подається шляхом надсилання її на поштову адресу, або на електронну адресу, або в телефонному режимі, в будь якому випадку до 31.07.2024 року. Розрахунки проводяться шляхом оплати Замовником протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів після здійснення поставки товару Замовнику та пред'явлення Постачальником рахунка на оплату за фактично поставлений Товар (далі – рахунок) та після підписання Сторонами накладної (акту приймання – передачі товарів).
