Постачальник повинен забезпечити заправку дизельного палива та бензину А-95 по довірчим документам (пластикових талонах, паперових талонах) номіналом 10 л, 20 л на АЗС, які розташовані на території м. Львова, Львівської області та території України. Всі … витрати на доставку товару повинні бути включені в ціну товару. Замовник оплачує вартість поставленого товару за умови наявності відповідного бюджетного фінансування протягом 15 календарних днів з моменту підписанням Сторонами накладної. Якість товару, що постачається Постачальником, за своїми якісними характеристиками повинна відповідати Державним стандартам відповідно ДСТУ 7688:2015, ДСТУ 7687:2015 або інші чинні на дату поставки. Товари супроводжується відповідними документами (сертифікатом якості іншим підтверджуючим якість документом на кожен вид палива).
