ДК 021:2015 39830000-9 Продукція для чищення (39831000-6 Засоби для прання і миття (Пральний порошок дитячий (без фосфатів) для закладів освіти Печерського району м. Києва)).

Готова до застосування засіб призначений для прання дитячих виробів, бавовняних, лляних, синтетичних тканин, а також тканин зі змішаних волокон у автоматичних пральних машинах, машинах активаторного типу й ручного прання. Сухої сипучої форми із зниженим … піноутворенням. Назва запропонованого засобу має відповідати назві у висновку ДСЕЕ. Засіб має бути дозволений до використання в закладах освіти (має бути підтверджено висновком ДСЕЕ). Не повинен містити фосфатів, що має бути зазначено на упаковці. Фасування – гассет-пакет з центральним швом. Герметично закритий, призначена для тривалого зберігання і транспортування сухих сипучих порошків. Об’єм від 1 до 5 кг. Термін придатності засобу не менше 24 місяці з дати виготовлення. Кожна одиниця має містити інформацію про склад, виробника, дату виготовлення тощо. Поставка товару за договором здійснюється за адресою: м. Київ, вул. Інститутська, 24/7, протягом 20 календарних днів з дати підписання договору, 2024 р. Ціна на товар включає в себе всі необхідні податки і збори, витрати на транспортування, погрузку/розгрузку, занос в приміщення товару та складання в місці його подальшого використання, страхування, сплату митних тарифів та усіх інших витрат. Розрахунки здійснюються за рахунок коштів місцевого бюджету протягом 60 днів після отримання товарів на підставі видаткової накладної відповідно до ч.1 ст.49 Бюджетного кодексу України. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунки за поставлений Товар здійснюються протягом 30-ти робочих днів з дати отримання «Замовником» бюджетного фінансування на свій реєстраційний рахунок у відділенні Державного казначейства.
