Діагностичні тест-смужки необхідні для визначення 10 показників у сечі для використання виключно з аналізатором сечі CITOLAB READER 300. 1. Тест-смужки забезпечують швидке напівкількісне і. 2. Тривалість проведення аналізу - 1 – 2 хв. 3. Порогові рівні речовин: Білок - 10-15 мг/дл. Глюкоза - 50 мг/дл. Кетони - 5 мг/дл. Уробіліноген - 1 од. Ерліха/дл. Білірубін - 0,5 мг/дл. Питома вага - від 1,000 до 1,030 з кроком 0,005 Кров - 10 Ер/мкл. рН - від 5 до 9 з точністю до 1 одиниці. Лейкоцити - 20-25 Лей/мкл Нітрити - 0,05 мг/дл нітрит іонів 4. Тести зберігаються при кімнатній температурі від +2до +30 С 5. Термін придатності тестів 24 місяці при зберіганні смужок в контейнері 6. Після відкриття контейнеру смужки стабільні протягом 6 місяців 7. В наявності має бути компенсаторна зона, яка слугує маркером придатності для роботи з аналізатором. Hide
