Києві, що здійснюють відпуск Бензину А-95 (Євро 5) та дизельного палива (Євро 5) (далі – Товар) за талонами (картками) – … не менше 7. 2. Кількість АЗС у власності та/або партнерів, що здійснюють відпуск палива за талонами – не менше 5 у кожній області, за винятком областей, на території яких ведуться (велися) бойові дії або тимчасово окупованих Російською Федерацією, затверджених Наказом Міністерства з питань реінтеграції тимчасово окупованих територій України від 22.12.2022 № 309. 3. Строк дії талонів (карток), що підтверджують право на отримання на АЗС Товару, не менше 12 місяців. 4. Номінал талонів (карток) – 10 та/або 20 та/або 30 літрів. 5. Бензин А-95 (Євро 5) повинен відповідати ДСТУ 7687:2015 "Бензини автомобільні Євро. Технічні умови", Дизельне пальне (Євро 5) повинен відповідати ДСТУ 7688:2015 "Паливо дизельне Євро. Технічні умови"
