1. Учасник, пропозиція якого за результатами оцінки електронною системою закупівель визначена економічно вигідною, в той самий день обов’язково має надіслати на електронну адресу замовника:7073321@ukr.net із зазначенням в темі повідомлення предмет … закупівлі та ідентифікатора закупівлі (у форматі UA-2024-ХХ-ХХ-ХХХХХХ-Y), наступні документи: - заповнений проект договору, - заповнену специфікацію відповідно до додатку до договору, - чинний на дату поставки Сертифікат відповідності на Товар. 2. Умови поставки : Товар, що поставляється відповідно до умов Договору, має бути упакований в непошкоджену заводську упаковку. Постачальник забезпечує таке упакування Товару, яке необхідно для запобігання його пошкодженню або псуванню під час транспортування до кінцевого пункту призначення, зазначеному в Договорі. Разом з Товаром Постачальник надає чинний на дату поставки Сертифікат відповідності. При відсутності сертифікату відповідності Замовник має право не приймати такий Товар.
