1. АЗС, на яких здійснюється відпуск палива, мають бути розташовані на відстані не більше ніж 35-ти км. від місця розташування структурних підрозділів/пунктів тимчасового базування, перелік яких визначено в Додатку 1 («Адреси розташування структурних … підрозділів/пунктів тимчасового базування») до проекту Договору. 2. В забезпечення виконання Продавцем умов Договору вимагається надання банківської гарантії в розмірі 10% вартості Договору. 3. За гарантією банк-гарант безвідклично зобов’язаний сплатити Замовнику (бенефіціару) суму гарантії протягом 5 робочих днів після дня отримання гарантом письмової вимоги бенефіціара про сплату суми гарантії.
