Поставка має бути здійснена за адресами визначении Замовником у Заявці на постачання (навчальні заклади знаходяться на території Перемишлянської ТГ Львівського району). При підписанні даного договору, Сторони підтверджують, що раніше ними один до одного … не було застосовано такої оперативно-господарської санкції, як відмова від встановлення на майбутнє господарських відносин впродовж трьох років внаслідок не виконаних зобов’язань та/або дострокового розірвання договору в односторонньому порядку. Наявність такої санкції означає відмову Постачальника від підписання Договору.
