000002-09130000-741375-40996564Дизельне паливо ( Євро 5) талон, , наміналом 10, 20 літрів. Обов’язкова вимога : наявність АЗС (власних, орендованих чи АЗС партнерів) на території Ружинської громади. Товар (дизельне паливо ) повинен відповідати діючим … державним стандартам або технічним умовам, що має бути підтверджено в пропозиції конкурсних торгів. Відпуск палива має здійснюватися на запропонованих Учасником стаціонарних АЗС по бланкам-дозволам (талонам) цілодобово, включаючи суботу, неділю, святкові та неробочі дні за потребою Замовника. Талони, карти, скрейтч-карти повинні бути дійсними на всій території України (крім тимчасово окупованих територій). Учасник повинен мати можливість видачі талонів, карт, скрейтч-карт на всю замовлену кількість придбаного Замовником дизельного палива. Строк дії талонів, карт, скрейтч-карт на видачу дизельного палива має становити не менше 12 місяців з дня їх видачі. У разі закінчення строку їх дії на видачу дизельного палива, Учасник повинен мати можливість провести їх обмін на інші. У разі, якщо Учасник здійснює перехід на талони, карти або скретч-карти нового зразку, він повинен здійснити рівноцінний обмін старого зразку, що залишилися у Замовника та не були реалізовані, на нового зразку, в тому числі стосовно талонів, карт або скрейтч-карт, що залишились у Замовника після закінчення строку їх дії. Учасник визначає ціну на товар, який він пропонує поставити за Договором, з урахуванням податків і зборів, що сплачуються або мають бути сплачені, а також інших витрат, визначених законодавством
