Обґрунтування технічних та якісних характеристик предмета закупівлі. Для забезпечення функціональної роботи закладу, Замовник здійснює закупівлю товару (Дизельне паливо (Євро 5), талон, 1л; Бензин А-95 (Євро 5), талон, 1л), оскільки він за своїми … якісними характеристиками найбільше відповідатиме вимогам та потребам Замовника. Тому для дотримання принципів Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 № 922-VIII (зі змінами), з урахуванням Постанови від 12 жовтня 2022 р. № 1178 «Про затвердження особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України “Про публічні закупівлі”, на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування», Замовником було прийнято рішення провести закупівлю з використанням електронного каталогу. Джерело фінансування: кошти НСЗУ. Очікувана вартість предмета закупівлі: 270 440,00 грн, з ПДВ. Очікувана вартість предмета закупівлі розрахована на підставі середніх цін на пальне (згідно з сайтом https://index.minfin.com.ua) Номенклатурна позиція за ДК 021:2015 за найбільш підходящим кодом ДК 021:2015: 09134200-9 Дизельне паливо (Дизельне паливо (Євро 5), талон, 1л ) ДК 021:2015: 09132000-3 Бензин (Бензин А-95 (Євро 5), талон, 1л) Оплата за поставлений Товар/Талони проводиться Покупцем протягом 5 (п’яти) календарних днів, на підставі наданих Постачальником належним чином оформлених видаткових накладних та актів прийому - передачі Товару/Талонів, шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на вказані у видатковій накладній реквізити Постачальника. Розрахунки між Сторонами здійснюються в Українській національній валюті — гривнях. Вид розрахунків — безготівковий. Датою оплати Товару є дата зарахування грошових коштів тільки на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника вказаний у відповідній видатковій накладній. Постачальник надає Покупцю належним чином оформлену видаткову накладну до кожної партії Товару/Талонів, яка поставляється по цьому Договору. Постачальник зобов’язується видати Талони/Товар та видаткову накладну на нього представнику Покупця, за умови надання представником довіреності на отримання товару із зазначенням: ПІБ довіреної особи, паспортні дані, ідентифікація підпису, номенклатура та кількість товарно-матеріальних цінностей, що скріплена підписом керівника Покупця та печаткою Покупця та при наявності у представника паспорта.
