Постачальник є офіційним представником (дилером, дистриб’ютором, інше) виробника кліматичної техніки, що … постачається під торговою маркою «Osaka», із наданням у складі договору належним чином завірених копій документів, що підтверджують такий статус Постачальника. 3. Авторизовані ремонтні, сервісні центри, бази з експлуатації товару мають знаходитися (розташовані) у м. Вінниці та здійснювати гарантійне, післягарантійне обслуговування товару, у т.ч. із виїздом за місцем розташування такого товару. 4. Відповідно до абзацу 2 п. 12 Особливостей, у запиті пропозицій постачальників щодо предмета закупівлі товару, вартість якого є меншою ніж 500 тис. гривень, замовник може визначити інформацію про характеристики товару та їх допустимі значення в межах специфікації товару, визначеної адміністратором електронного каталогу.
