Номенклатурна позиція : код ДК 021:2015 - 09134200-9 "Дизельне паливо". Учасник повинен мати власну, орендовану та.\або партнерську АЗС в межах Скалатської ОТГ на якій Учасник гарантує заправку транспортних засобів Замовника за ПАЛИВНИМИ КАРТКАМИ. 2. … Відпуск палива має бути безперебійним, включаючи суботу, неділю, святкові та неробочі дні за потребою Замовника. Видача палива здійснюється в баки транспортних засобів, а також в інші ємності (незалежно від їх об’єму). 3. Оплата за поставлений товар здійснюється Замовником шляхом перерахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника згідно видаткової накладної протягом 7 (семи) робочих днів з дня підписання видаткової накладної Сторонами. 4. Учасник зобов'язується безоплатно зберігати паливо у роздрібній мережі АЗС Учасника до повного використання усього об’єму Товару Замовником шляхом заправки його транспортних засобів. 5. Характеристики товару та їх допустимі значення: 1) Якість товару повинна відповідати екологічним нормам ЄВРО – 5, Державним стандартам України, технічним вимогам заводу виробника та вимогам ДСТУ. Технічні умови», та/або Технічному регламенту щодо вимог до автомобільних бензинів, дизельного, суднового та котельного палива, затвердженому постановою Кабінетів Міністрів України від 01.08.2013 року № 927.
