Контейнер для забору сечі стерильний з градуюванням, не стійкий до автоклавування, 150 мл, №1; Контейнер для аналізів; Контейнер для забору сечі стерильний без градуювання, не стійкий до автоклавування, 60 мл, №1; Ланцет автоматичний, голка 21G, глибина … проколу 2,4мм; Ланцет (скарифікатор) Якість Товару, що поставляється за цим Договором, повинна відповідати вимогам стандартів та технічних умов, за їх наявності. Постачальник гарантує, що якість товару, який поставляється в рамках цього Договору, відповідає вимогам чинного законодавства, та має бути засвідчена сертифікатом якості заводу-виробника на кожну серію товару, завірені постачальником, інших документів, що встановлюють відповідні вимоги. Термін придатності на момент поставки має становити не менше 80% від загального строку зберігання відповідного товару, який зазначається у супровідній документації на кожну партію товару. Пакування, у якому відвантажується Товар, та умови транспортування Товару мають відповідати характеру Товару. Ціни на товар повинні бути сформовані згідно чинного законодавства України. Розрахунки за Товар здійснюються у разі наявності та в межах відповідних асигнувань в безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника протягом 30 календарних днів з дати поставки товару. Постачання, розвантаження та занесення в склад товару здійснюється за адресою: 36011, м. Полтава, проспект Першотравневий, 22. Строк поставки Товару: партіями до 27 грудня 2024 року.
