Наявність паливних талонів єдиного зразка (єдиного бренду) номіналом 10 л., 20 л. які діють в межах України, термін дії яких має бути не менше 365 днів з моменту їх отримання Замовником. 2. Обов’язкове розташування АЗС на автошляху Київ - Одеса (не менше 2) та обов’язкова наявність у наступних населених пунктах: м. Київ (не менше 30), м. Одеса (не менше 10), м. Херсон або в радіусі 5 км від адміністративної межі м. Херсон (не менше 1). 3. Наявність АЗС в усіх областях на території України, крім території окремих районів Донецької та Луганської областей та тимчасово окупованих території Автономної Республіки Крим. 4. Відповідно до постанови КМУ від 02.03.2022 № 178, забезпечення транспорту нафтопродуктами обкладаються податком на додану вартість за нульовою ставкою.
