Редиска свіжа, першого товарного сорту, без листків, ДСТУ 6009, 1 кг; Цибуля зелена свіжа, ДСТУ 6011, 1кг 4. ПОРЯДОК ЗДІЙСНЕННЯ ОПЛАТИ 4.1. Оплата за поставлений Товар здійснюється по факту поставки згідно видаткової накладної (оформленої належним чином: … підпис, печатка). 4.2. Замовник оплачує Товар шляхом перерахування коштів на банківський рахунок Постачальника. Ціна Товару визначається в видатковій накладній в національній валюті України – гривнях. 4.3. Розрахунки за поставлений Товар здійснюються за фактом поставки Товару протягом 45 (сорока п’яти) календарних днів з дати одержання товару, що підтверджується підписаними Сторонами видатковими накладними. 4.4. Постачальник не має право самостійно змінювати ціни за якими підписано цей Договір. Примітка: *Ціни на товар з ПДВ вказуються до 2 (другого знаку) після коми, без заокруглення **Ціни на товар без ПДВ (можуть вказуватись) до 4 (четвертого знаку) після коми, без заокруглення
