Поставка Товару здійснюється на умовах EXW правил ІНКОТЕРМС - 2010 з АЗС Постачальника у м. Черкаси та на території України. Постачальник повинен поставити Товар шляхом надання в користування Замовнику талонів, що приймають на АЗС Постачальника у м. … Черкаси та на території України. Постачальник передає Замовнику талони номіналом 10, 20 літрів на підставі письмової заявки Замовника у строки, визначені Договором. В заявці Замовника в обов’язковому порядку повинно бути зазначено: марка Товару, його об’єм (кількість), строк передачі талонів. Доставка талонів здійснюється кур’єром Постачальника за адресою: м. Черкаси, проспект Хіміків, 76. Постачальник передає талони уповноваженому представнику Замовника при наданні належним чином оформленої довіреності або документа, що засвідчує особу та її право підписувати видаткову накладну.
