Постачальник забезпечує можливість отримання Товару Замовником на власних/ орендованих / партнерських АЗС, розташування яких має відповідати наступним ознакам: - наявність власних або орендованих або партнерських АЗС в межах Харківської області, Чугуївського району, Зміївської територіальної громади. - відстань від АЗС Учасника (власних або орендованих або партнерських тощо) повинна бути не більше 25 кілометрів від адреси місцезнаходження Замовника (Харківська область, Чугуївський район, село Курортне, вул. Соснова,20) дорогами загального користування з урахуванням дорожньої розмітки та правил дорожнього руху.
