Постачальник забезпечує безперебійний та цілодобовий відпуск нафтопродуктів на своїх АЗС, та наявність на них достатньої кількості пального для здійснення видачі нафтопродуктів Покупцю. У разі технічної аварії на АЗС забезпечити відпуск палива Покупцеві … через найближчу розташовану АЗС. Відпуск проводиться на всю кількість вказаних у бланках-дозволу нафтопродуктів. Безпосередня передача (відпуск) Палива здійснюється через АЗС, які повинні бути розташовані на відстані не більше ніж п’яти кілометрів від місця розташування Покупця (м. Харків, вул. Лісопарківська, 4).
