Поставка товару здійснюється за рахунок Постачальника на адресу Замовника: 90100, Закарпатська область, Хустський район, м. Іршава, провулок Шевченка 9. Періодичність поставки - одноразова. Термін придатності товару повинен становити не 80 % на момент … поставки товару Замовнику. Комплектація тесту для визначення антитіл до ВІЛ 1 та 2 типів повинна бути наступною: 1 тест-касета або тест- смужка+ 1 пляшечка з розчином+1 серветка+1 ланцет. Товар, який буде містити 1 пляшечку розчину на 5, 10 або 25 тест-касет не буде відповідати умовам закупівлі. Тест- смужки для визначення рівня холестерину в крові №25, які підходять до холестерометра EasyTouch.
